to the cruel blows of life
the unending pain
no pain is greater
than the pain of hussain
the muslim man suffers
when a handful of radicals
vested interest
cause choas
extort for gain
innocent people
terrorized and slain
yazidiyat was barbarism
will never be humane
from the blood of the martyred
a lesson for humanity
simple and plain
tears on the soul of mankind
a single supreme sacrifice
he gave his head but not his hand
glorifying the best in Islam
