I have said so much about Zuljana on the battlefield of Karbala.
He stood by hs Master.
Yes even Yazids forces stood by their Master, loyal till the end, these namaz praying, fasting Moslems, who had once uttered La He Laha Ilal Lah Mohomadun Rasool Ilalah, the Kalma the key to Islam, yet here they are with blindfolded guilty consciousness slaughtering his seed.
It amazes me, but one man amongst them changed the course of Islamic betrayal towards the Imams family , by moving away from Yazid, a commander of Yazids forces called Hur.He asked for the Imams forgiveness , fought by the side of the Imam.
He saved himself the curses of a lifetime.
But these are all thinking men, religiously adhering to Islam, Yazids foot soldiers , cavalry, infantry, camel ridden, troops , yet none can challenge the exemplary behaviour of Zuljana.
Yes that one name stands out in a human crowd.
Zujana Imam Hussains valiant Steed.
The Victory magazine people dont allow you to copy from their site, but they have something on Zuljana too.
THe Zuljana I write about is a Zuljana who belongs to everyone, a common mans Zuljana.
The Victory Magazine has a made over Designer Zuljana.
Yes better one does not copy.

.
This is the area outside the Dargah Hazrat Abbas, the center of gravity , of a Shia Lucknow in terms of invoking the blessings of the Lion Hearted , standard bearer brother of Hazrat Imam Hussain.Every Shia touches the Dargah Hazarat Abbas , this is an awesome place of spiritual sanctity.
I have seen people struggling in the clutches of ruthless Death, lying on the floor a thread tied to their hand , the same thread around the Alam Abbas, a kind of spirtual blood transfusion of Faith.I mean think you have everything, you have God too , but if you dont have Faith what do you have.It is not just a mans belief that need to be respected, but the intangible quality that demands respect it is Faith.
I have seen wonders of Faith.
For the Shias Hazarat Abbbas is the wonders of Faith.
A staunch believer protector of his brother , he never ever called Imam Hussain as Brother , but Moulah Akka Hussain.
This valiant warrior with the strength of Ali running in his veins, bravery was his Motherhood.
His mother was chosen as Hazrat Alis wife from a brave valiant family, after the passing away of Bibi Fatima.Abbas is immortal strength of faith .
Round his neck on the Alam Abbas lies the testimony of his favorite neice Sakina , the little pouch she had given him to collect water from the fringes of cruel Euphrates, water he could not get , they shot him down, the indomitable strength of Yazid against a single warrior Abbas Alamdar, he fough valiantly, his body pierced with several holes , mingling with the many holes in the water pouch called Mashke Sakina, yes the Mashke Sakina breathed its last , water flowing like tears , hypnotising time emotionalising a scene immemorial in the annals of Islamic history.
I have copied many a link from Shia sites about Hazrat Abbas, but this post is words spouting from the sanctity of my soul my love for Hazrat Abbas, yes this is the same Dargah where Shia hardliners stuck my pictures demanding my head for the hacked contents on my Buzznet site.
I will never visit Lucknow, a city living on Hate , fuelled by Hate, yes these are the Shia Wahhabis, who are bent on stopping Azadari for good, faceless people of our community who wear black clothes like hijabs hiding their black evil agenda, I was told about them by a Nawab the scion of the erstwhile nawab family. He was deeply hurt , sad when he talked to me on the phone.Of Doom being premediately planned by members of our community, vested agents of Yazidiyat.Yes I can only call them Shia Wahhabis.Shia Talibans.
Our enemies of Shiasm are not those who openly agitate against us, condemn our faith in Ahle Bait as heresy, politically try to marginalise us through ruling parties at the State and the Centre. For we are just 10% democracy to rule needs more than 90%Muslim votes.
Luckily Hussainiyat is our birthright , atleast I dont see Shias asking for OBC other backward caste position, we are dying because it is our kind that wants us dead, buried ,for good.
Karbala Jhuk Nahi Sakti..
Tumhare Jhukane se
Ya Hussain Ek Aisi Cheekh
Joh rakhti hai hame Zinda
Har Zamane se
Azadari E Hussain
Abbas ke Alam ke pharere
me lehrati huee
sadiyon ke satane se
shama bhujti nahi
dushman ke bhujane se

I am working on the Camera raw format pictures of the Juloos of Zainul Abedin at the Hazrat Abbas Dargah , there are too many I am posting it all at my homesite.
I opened shop at about 6pm, asked a guy to lift the shutter , its an impossible task with the pain in my right hand, a cybernetic well wisher Girish GV had asked me to take 4 cloves of garlic in the morning, I am having that too, only the pain killer tab I take it no more.
I am learning to live with pain, constant pain , that has attached itself like a leech to my souls fleshy consciousness.
I have copied some of my Word Press posts too Bloggerspot, the earliest site that along with Buzznet helped grooming me as a Blogger, a Blogger is a person who pastes his thought as handbills on the walls ,at cybernetic street corners, someone or the other will surely read it, chuckle move away, but it is a great time pass for the writer of the blog and also for the stray reader of the Blog. The one person I respect was the Blog Goddess she would spare time to comment on the posts of new members at Buzznet, a very distinguishing thought a very charitable soul building thought , adding confidence to the kid blogger on the side walk of a new penetrating medium of expression.
She with ration Internet time like a little dove left her comment droppings on the blogs of other old timer bloggers, her caustic shit was manure for the thumb sucking blogger fool..she caused insatiable curiosity , with her comments that were almost like a kick of no return.
I just realised I am on a religious post.So I shall cut my rant.I get carried away when I talk in memoriam to the Blog Goddess. She had stopped commenting on my posts that were written in a delirious moment keeping her as the initialreader, muse of what I wrote.
Well this is the Amary or Caravan, with the coffin of Hazarat Imam Hussains replica..
In Karbala after the Imam s head was decapitated placed on a spear with the heads of the other 72 warriors, the bodies were stripped of the clothes, looted robbed, those days luckily men did not carry the kind of wealth they carry today, those days your wealth was the family you belonged to, your kinship with the head of the tribe, I believe, you were tendered respect on the basis of the contribution of your tribe to the society .
Now if you go by this simple method of my understanding of human nature, Hazrat Imam Hussain came from the House of Bani Hashim, his erstwhile grandfather the Holy Messenger of Allah. His mother the only daughter of ths erstwhile Holy Prophet.
The Holy Prophet was bought up by Abu Talib, his uncle , though the Sunni seminarians find fault with Abu Talib , the fact remains that he learnt values, many other qualities from this Uncle Abu Talib father of Hazrat Ali , husband of his daughter Bibi Fatima.
Hazrat Ali was a valiant warrior, a thinker, a teacher, so much more, never envious , but always under the spell of devotion to the Holy Prophet.I am not much of a scholar, but all this comes from within.Hazrat Ali was the choen successor to the Holy Prophet to lead the Ummah after him. This is was announced at Gahdeer.
01. LOCATION OF GHADIR-E-KHUMM
article courtesy
ezsoftech.com

The map shown is the map of Arabia. Ghadir is on the way from Mecca to Madina. While returning from Mecca to Madina, after the last hajj, alongwith his companions, the Holy Prophet (S.A.W.) broke the journey at a lake, 3 miles away from Al-Johfa. He (S.A.W) halted at midday in a wayside tract of barren land with no shade other than that provided by a few acacia trees. A small lake is called as Ghadir in Arabic, so this place is known as Ghadir-e-Khumm. The name Ghadir is no longer in use.
02. WHAT HAPPENED AT GHADIR-E-KHUMM?
Tabarani and others have recorded the following tradition as related by Zayd ibn ‘Arqam and transmitted through sources unanimously acknowledged to be reliable. Zayd says that the Messenger of Allah, Allah’s blessings and peace be upon him and his posterity, delivered a sermon at Ghadir-e-Khumm under a cloth spread as a canopy on two large trees. He said:
“O my people! I am going to be recalled shortly and I must comply. I shall be interrogated and you also shall be interrogated. What will you say then?†The entire audience answered: “We shall bear witness that you did convey to us the message of Allah, and tried your best to guide us on the right path and always gave us good console. May Allah bless you with a good reward.†The Prophet proceeded: “Why do you not bear witness that there is no god but Allah and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger, and that Paradise is true, Hell is true, Death is true, Resurrection after death is true, that the Day of Judgment will doubtlessly come and that Allah will raise to life the dead from their graves?.†They said: “O Yes! We bear witness to all this.†Then he said: “O Allah! You also may witness.†Then he said: ‘O my people! Allah is my Mawla and I am mawla of the faithful and I have superior right on and control over their lives. And this Ali is the mawla of all those of whom I am mawla. O Allah! Love him who loves him and hate him who hates him.†He further said: “O my people! I will precede you and you also shall arrive at the pool of Kawthar, the pool wider than the distance between Basrah and San’a’, and there are on the pool as many goblets of silver as stars. When you shall reach me I shall interrogate you about your behavior towards the two in-valuable assets after my death. The major asset is the Book of Allah, the Mighty and Glorious, one end of which is in the hand of Allah, the Exalted, and the other end of which in your hands. Grasp it tightly and do not go astray and do not change or amend it. The other asset is my Progeny, who are my Ahl al-Bayt. Allah the Gracious and Omniscient has informed me that the two will not part from each other before they reach me at the pool.
03. WHEN & IN FRONT OF HOW MANY MUSLIMS?
This Ghadir-e-Khumm event happened on the 18th of Dhil-Hijjah (1410 AH), in 10 Hijra in front of nearly one hundred thousand (100,000) Muslims. While returning from the last hajj (Hajjatul-wida / farewell pilgrimage) of our Holy Prophet (S.A.W.).
04. CONTEXTS
A). QURANIC EXEGESIS (Tafsir):
O Messenger! Deliver what has been revealed to you from your Lord; and if you do it not, then you have not delivered His message, and Allah will protect you from the people; (AL-MAEDA/5:67)
This day have I perfected for you your religion and completed My favor on you and chosen for you Islam as a religion; (AL-MAEDA/5:3)
One demanding, demanded the chastisement which must befall, The unbelievers there is none to avert it, From Allah, the Lord of the ways of Ascent.(AL-MAARIJ/70:1-3)
B). PROPHETIC TRADITION (Hadith):
Imam Ahmad has recorded the tradition related by Bara’ ibn ‘Azib in his Musnad, vol.4, p. 281, transmitted through two different sources. Bara’ says: “We were with the Messenger of Allah. We alighted at Ghadir-e-Khumm. Congregational prayer was in order. An area under two trees was swept and cleaned for the Messenger of Allah, Allah’s blessings and peace be upon him and his posterity. He offered midday prayers and he grasped the hand of ‘Ali and said: ‘Do you not know that I have superior authority over the lives of the faithful than the faithful themselves?’ ‘Yes you have,’ they replied. He again inquired: ‘Do you not know that I have superior right to the life of every believer than the believer himself?’ ‘Surely, you have,’ they answered. Then he grasped the hand of ‘Ali and said: ‘Ali is the mawla of all those of whom I am mawla. O Allah! Love him who loves him and hate him who hates him.’†Bara’ ibn ‘Azib says: “Then ‘Umar came to ‘Ali and said: ‘Congratulations to you the son of Abu Talib. You have become the mawla (master) of all the faithful men and women.’â€
C). HISTORICAL REPORTS (Tarikh):
Here we will just mention one instance which took place in Kufa during the khilafah of Imam Ali (A.S.), 25 years after the Prophet’s death.
When at Ali’s insistence a large number of people gathered in the plain of Rahbah in Kufah, he addressed them saying: “I administer an oath in the name of Allah to all such Muslims as heard the Holy Prophet (S.A.W.) making a proclamation on the day of Ghadir-e-Khumm, to stand up and testify what they heard him say. Only those who saw the Holy Prophet that day with their own eyes and heard the proclamation with their own ears should stand up.†Thereupon, thirty companions of the Holy Prophet(S.A.W), including twelve of those who had participated in the battle of Badr, stood up and witnessed that the Holy Prophet(S.A.W) grasped his (Ali’s) hand and said to the audience: “Do you know that I have a prior right to and superior authority over the souls (i.e., lives) of the faithful than the faithful themselves?†“O yes!†they said. The Holy Prophet (S.A.W.) then said: “He (Ali) is the mawla (i.e., has prior right to and superior authority over the lives) of all those of whom I am mawla. O Allah, love him who loves him (Ali) and hate him who hates him.†It is logically impossible that thirty companions might have secretly agreed to speak a unanimous lie. In addition to the thirty witnesses there were other male companions whom enmity with Ali prevented from standing up and giving their evidence as eye-witnesses, like Anas ibn Malik.
When Ali (A.S.) said to Anas: “Why do you not stand up and testify what you heard from the messenger of Allah on the day of Ghadir?†he answered, “O Amir al-Momineen! I have grown old and do not remember.†Thereupon Ali said: “May Allah mark you with a white spot (of leprosy) unconcealable with your turban, if you are intentionally withholding the truth.†And before Anas got up from his place he bore a large white spot on his face. Thereafter, Anas used to say: “I am under the curse of a righteous slave of Allah.
Also bear in mind that this incident took place 25 years after the event of Ghadir Khum, and during this period hundreds of eyewitnesses had died naturally or in the battles fought during the first two khulafah’s rule. Add to this the fact that this incident took place in Kufa which was far from the centre of the sahabas, Medina. This incident which took place in Kufa in the year 35 A.H. has itself been narrated by four sahaba and 14 tabi’un and has been recorded in most books of history and tradition.

Well back to my post , back to Karbala ,barbarism, cruelty was an indelible Arab trait, horses were made to run over the undressed bodies, this was a thought that would nauseate any sane soul, the burning of the ladies tents, looting their belongings , this is the contribution of Yazid to Islams treasury, this is his heritage that we call Hehadi Terrorism.
I wont say further Yazidiyat is alive kicking, as it once did on the burning sands of Karbala.
I others like me distance our selves from this aspect of Islam.
It never existed in Islam, but it was taken by vested interests for political gains, power , achievement.. what is the use of this power if it comes of no use in the next world.
This reminder each year , commemorating the Martyrdom of Hazrat Imam Hussain , his kith and kin, slaughtered, butchered , is celebrated as a mourning period called Moharam.
The passion plays in certain countries, the matam majlis, the sabils,, the tazias, the juloos, the house Imambadas is called Azadari E Hussain.
This grief is caled Ghame E Hussain.
This motivation is called Maksade Hussain.
The chant that rises in one country reverberating in other cities and other countries on Ashura day, a chant bleeding blood sweat and tears is called :
Ya Hussain
Ya Hussain
